Blood Pressure Monitor FAQs
A blood pressure monitor makes it easy for you to regularly track your readings with accessible and easy-to-read screens.
How do I use my blood pressure monitor?
Measuring your blood pressure can be tricky, especially if you’ve never used a blood pressure monitor before.
Your machine should come with instructions, but it’s recommended that you use a cuff that fits the top half of your arm and not measure your blood pressure if you feel uncomfortable, stressed or in pain^.

How do I read my blood pressure monitor?
After you’ve taken your blood pressure, two numbers should show up on your device. A healthy blood pressure reading is a systolic blood pressure (top number) under 140mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure (bottom number) under 90mmHg^.
However, your doctor will tell you what is healthy for you based on your medical history.
