Haircare FAQS
How can I take care of my hair?
You can take care of your hair by implementing a haircare routine that you follow based on your hair type.
There are three key hair types, which are oily, dry and normal.
- Oily hair has a greasy feeling and needs to be washed more frequently.
- Dry hair can be thin and rough, which means that you need a hydrating shampoo or conditioner to maintain a regular level of moisture and oil in your hair.
- Normal hair is thick and dense, not too oily and is easier to style.
By choosing a shampoo and conditioner that’s formulated for your hair type, concentrating shampoo on the scalp and using conditioner on the tips of your hair, you’re well on your way to taking care of your hair.
How do you keep your hair healthy?
Keeping your hair healthy may sound difficult, but if you follow the steps below, it can become a part of your daily routine.
- Cleanse your hair with shampoo and conditioner
- Detangle your hair with a wide tooth comb to avoid pulling your hair out by mistake
- Protect your hair if you’re using heated tools with a heat protection spray
It’s important to keep in mind that you may not see results immediately after implementing new haircare products into your routine. It might be a week or more before you see results, but if you’ve got dry or damaged hair, it can take months before you see changes.
