Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily approximatley 30 minutes before travelling. Swallow whole with a large glass of water while standing.

If nausea returns repeat dose as required. Maximum 4 capsules per day.

Children 6-12 years: Same method as adult but recommend a maximum of 1 capsule per day.
