How to Return an Order to Blooms The Chemist
If you've purchased online
If you want to return an item that was purchased online, please follow the steps below
Complete the online returns form
You can return faulty items at any time.
If you change your mind about an item, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase IF the item is unused and the packaging is intact.
Print and attach your returns label
Print the new shipping label and affix to the Blooms The Chemist packaging or similar packaging to that which you received your order in.
If you don’t have a printer, your local post office can print the label for you.
Drop off your parcel at your local Post Office
Drop off your parcel at a Post Office or in a Street Posting Box if the size of your parcel permits.
If you've placed a Click & Collect order
Please visit your local Blooms The Chemist for assistance with a Click & Collect order return
