  • After selecting your medications, send us your e-script token in one of the three ways listed below.

    # Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

  • After purchasing your medications, post your paper prescription for FREE to:

    # Please note, your script must be delivered to our Online Pharmacist in Randwick NSW before we can process and ship your order, depending on your location this may take 2-5 business days. Any remaining repeats will be returned back to you in your order.

  • Yes, you can. Blooms The Chemist allows you to create a patient profile when you check out, and you can make as many as you need for your family or friends if you’re ordering their medication for them online.

  • Some medicines are subsidised by the Australian Government under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and the price may differ depending on your entitlement.

    Price entitlements for prescription products include:

    If you select the incorrect price entitlement accidentally don’t worry, our Online Pharmacist will check your order before it is shipped and contact you if needed.

  • Yes, currently we are only able to supply 1 of each prescription item per transaction. If you have any questions or need any assistance with your Script please contact us and our Online Pharmacist will be happy to assist.

  • At Blooms The Chemist, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day. However, there are some things that may delay your order:

    • For paper prescriptions, your script must be delivered to our Online Pharmacist in Randwick NSW before we can process and ship your order, depending on your location this may take 2-5 business days.
    • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately provided your token number has been entered correctly, in the case of an error our Pharmacist will contact you to check details.
    • Our Pharmacist may need get in contact with you to talk about your medicines before your prescription can be shipped, be sure to provide your best contact details in the checkout.
  • After your order is reviewed and approved by our Pharmacist, it'll be shipped to you through StarTrack.

    We make sure your medication is delivered safe and sound to your provided address by ensuring all prescription orders require a Signnature on Delivery.

    If you’re not home, your package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

    # Please note, to ensure that medications don’t fall into the wrong hands, all prescription orders need to be signed for by the purchaser.

  • Due to the nature of the product, prescription items are unable to be refunded for changed your mind.
