Polyurethane foam expands gently in the ear canal, reducing the tendency of the earplug to move out of place. Less expansion pressure creates a more comfortable seal, suitable for use over long periods of time.

Directions For Use
Before insertion, roll the earplugs between your fingers squeezing it until it is thin. Then place into the ear canal and wait so it expands. Make sure the end of the earplug is sticking outside the ear canal. Do not insert completely into the ear canal.
Effectiveness check: Cup hands over the ears then move hands outwards. Should a noticable change in sound occur, check earplugs are properly inserted.
