General Product Description

Leukostrip wound closure strips are a low-allergy wound closure strip, which offers secure adhesion and reduces the risk of scarring.

It is made of 100% polyamide material coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive which allows almost pain-free closure of the wound. 

It is permeable to moisture and air.

Sterile and individually sealed.

Package contains 3 pouches of 3 strips. 

Directions for Use

1. Remove backing from one side and lift one strip off at a time, applying at right angles to the cut.
   
2. Lightly press to ensure adhesion and gently push wound edges together.
3. Avoid overstretching and place strips approximately 5mm apart.
4. Wound can then be covered with a wound pad or a waterproof dressing.
5. To remove Leukostrip wound closure strips, bathe the wound area with water and gently lift off from the middle, pulling away gently to the outside edges.
6. Leukostrip wound closure strips can be removed after 3-5 days or once healing is advanced enough.
