Directions for Use
1. During breastfeeding, for the soothing relief and effective treatment of sore nipples apply Lansinoh over the whole area of sore or damaged skin after every feed and as needed. If the skin is cracked or very abraded, a thick layer of Lansinoh enables faster healing.
2. Lansinoh is ultra pure and well absorbed; it does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
3. Sore and damaged nipples commonly indicate a problem with the way the baby attaches to the breast when feeding. If the problem persists, seek help from a breastfeeding specialist.
4. During pregnancy: Lansinoh may also be used to condition the nipples prior to breastfeeding by applying twice daily to ease dryness and to promote healthy, supple skin.
