This formlulation also contains key ingredients that are used in traditional Chinese medicine to help relieve stress and anxiety in the body. Polygala is taken to decrease symptoms of mild anxiety as well as to calm both the mind and spirit. While Citris peel has been included in this formulation for its benifits in both improving digestive weakness and regulating qi, to relieve abdominal bloating and feelings of fullness, nausea and burping.
