Fusion Sleep contains passionflower, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. While doing this, Passionflower is also traditionally taken to promote refreshing sleep, relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, reduce irritability and excess nervous energy, and support muscle relaxation. It also contains ziziphus, which is traditionally used for the same reasons in Chinese medicine.
