Directions for Use

Adults only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules daily. Do not take more than 2 tablets within a 3-hour period.

Contains 49.63mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. In rare cases, Camellia sinensis and Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Vitamin and mineral supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
