Directions for Use
How to Apply: Start by pulling the brace over your foot, with the toes first. Ensure the label is on the front. Position the inlays around and just below the ankle joint. Pull the brace up your lower leg until the heel is within the marked heel area. Wear during activities that lead to ankle discomfort.
Ensure the support is snug but not uncomfortably tight, avoiding any restriction of blood flow.
