This rehydrating formula contains electrolytes, vitamin B1, B6 and B12, folic acid, magnesium and potassium which helps you replenish electrolytes lost due to heavy sweating, all while supporting physical performance.

Directions For Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in a 200mL glass of water. Maximum daily dose is two tablets or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product contains sulfites, sugars, flavours, colours, tabletting aids and sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Each dose contains 322 mg sodium per 200mL dose and196 mg potassium per 200mL dose.
