Berocca Hydrate is scientifically formulated with electrolytes, B vitamins and magnesium to support hydration faster than water alone. This rehydrating formula contains electrolytes, vitamin B1, B6 and B12, folic acid, magnesium and potassium, which helps you replenish electrolytes lost due to heavy sweating and supports physical performance.
Berocca Hydrate does not contain any ingredients derived from animal origins, making it vegan friendly. It comes in a delicious, fruity Orange flavour that is great-tasting and refreshing.

Directions For Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in a 200mL glass of water.
The maximum daily dose is two tablets, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
