Directions for Use
Apply 2-3 pumps (5ml, equivalent to approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium) into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime.
You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist with mind relaxation.

Supplements do not replace a healthy diet
