Directions for use
Directions for use - Shake well before use. Most effective when liberally applied, Eg. 4-6 pumps of the spray on affected and most importantly surrounding areas (before, during and after everyday & sporting activities). Lightly rub in and reapply after 30 seconds.
For optimum results, repeat 4-5 times daily for 3 to 5 days. When you feel acute pain has subsided, use Pain Away Heat Pain Relief Spray at least once each morning & evening for continued temporary relief. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.

If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Contains ethanol.

Each ml contains: Aloe Vera 4mcg (extract equiv leaf juice 800mcg), Arnica Montana Flower Tincture 30mcl (equiv dry flower 1.5mg), Eucalyptus Oil 80mg, Wintergreen Oil 130mg, Menthol 40mg, Rosemary Oil 30mg, Cajuput Oil 40mg, Camphor 30mg, Peppermint Oil 3.33mg. Also contains Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E.
