Made of Neoprene blend material, this knee support retains body heat and aids in the healing process. The side ventilation holes allow air to pass through freely ensuring freshness.
The material is washable, ensuring hygiene. The product provides support during strenuous physical activities like running, cycling, playing football, weightlifting, Zumba and cross-fit training which exert substantial pressure on the knees. This knee stabiliser does not restrict natural movements and can benefit those suffering from sprains, strains and stiff, weak or injured knees.

Directions for Use
Step 1. Lay stabilizer over knee, smooth side against skin and with single strap to the outside of leg. Place round hole over kneecap. Wrap middle strap under knee and attach hook closure to the stabilizer.
Step 2. Position knee into pocket of support. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach closures to the stabilizer.
Step 3. Adjust all straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

Care Instructions
Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
